In order to create a community experience that people want to participate in, you have to understand what it is that they want and need from the community.
In this on-demand workshop, you will learn what “personas” are, what tools and techniques you can use to create them, and how you can then use these personas in order to design and deliver a better community experience. We’ll walk you through a case study from a corporate alumni community and then provide you with guided exercises and prompts to start creating your own personas.
Our audience members come from higher education, enterprise, and membership associations, and so you’ll be able to hear from other community builders in each of these sectors during our group activities.
